"Just works, even when I’m in a rush"
I’m not exactly the most patient person, especially when I’m messing with DNS late at night and just want it done. But this site never gives me trouble. Everything loads, changes go through, and I don’t end up sitting there annoyed waiting for things to work.

"Easy domain search experience"

"Good value without the constant upsell"
I moved a couple of my domains over to Porkbun after getting fed up with the renewal prices I was seeing elsewhere. why pay more for the same basic thing? So far, it’s been a really solid value. Checkout was straightforward, the pricing was actually clear, and WHOIS privacy being included at no extra cost is a nice bonus. DNS changes worked fine for me too. What more do I really need from a domain registrar? Not much to complain about — it just does the job without making me feel like I’m being upsold every two seconds.

I picked up a domain during one of their promos and was pleasantly surprised that the price stayed exactly the same at checkout. No weird add-ons or hassle, and getting everything set up was straightforward. So far, I’m really happy with it

"Easy setup and honestly kind of a relief"
I moved a couple of my domains over to Porkbun, and I was expecting at least some kind of hassle, because DNS stuff usually makes me tense. But it was surprisingly easy to figure out, and the SSL just worked without me having to fight with settings for an hour. I also reached out to support and, to my relief, they actually seemed to know what they were talking about. It’s not flashy or overcomplicated, which I kind of appreciate. It just works, and that made the whole thing feel way less stressful.

"Good prices, but checkout could be clearer"
I’ve been using Porkbun for a couple of domains, and the base pricing is usually decent. Renewals haven’t felt outrageous either, especially compared to some other registrars I’ve tried. That said, some of the fees and add-ons weren’t super clear until I got closer to checkout, so I ended up clicking around a bit just to figure out what I was actually paying for. It’s not a bad service at all, I just feel like if the pricing details were more obvious upfront, then... yeah. For now, I’d give it 3 stars.

I had to cancel a domain and figured the refund process might turn into a whole thing, but it didn’t. Porkbun just handled it quickly, no annoying back-and-forth or random excuses. Then a few days later the money was back in my account. smooth. Wait, why can’t everything be this easy?
